KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!
Pets are welcome at the event, however, due to a busy site we request that you keep them on leash and kindly pick up any pet litter.
Visitors with pets should also be aware that there is a firework display with loud bangs on the other side of the event. Please note that hot air balloons frighten some pets.
Outsider's drones are Strictly Prohibited, only official's drones are allowed.
DO'S and DON'TS OF HOT AIR BALLOONING
Do tell the pilot if you’re afraid of heights—he’ll be happy to answer any questions or allay anxieties.
Participate in setting up and breaking down the balloon - it's part of the experience and even a bit of a workout.
Do bring a camera to take photos from the balloon, but do take care while landing.
Don't fly if you're pregnant or have very limited mobility. Otherwise there aren't typically any health restrictions, though the rules vary by ballooning company.
Don't drink too much water or coffee before your ride-there are no bathroom breaks.
