The Managing Director of BK Groups is Dr. Bhomechand Khaba. He received the honorary doctorate (honoris causa) from Academy of Universal Global Peace New York, USA, in the field of CHARACTER BUILDING AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT in 2019. He has worked as the Event Manager and Director in various mega events and shows like GENERAX 2014, D-Idol 2015, 5th SSS MANIFA Film Festival Award 2016 as the Event Manager, Northeast Fashion Design Awards 2016, B-Square 2017, Miss Manipur Queen 2017 (Femina Miss India 2017 entry), Manfete 2017 & 2018, OORJA Under 19 football talent hunt 2017 a Prime Minister Modi initiative tournament, 105th Indian Science Congress, Sangai Festival 2017, National SC ST conclave 2018, 131st edition Durand Cup 2022 Imphal, flybig airlines launching, 1st Ever Torch Relay for Chess Olympiad 2022 among others. He is also a mentor/couch for Beauty Pageants. He also launched the first Modelling Institute & Agency of the state in the year 2012, under the institute called GBF Academy. He worked as the Managing Director of GBF Academy from February 2012- February 2016 and during this period the academy created many trained and groomed models and artists. Dr. Bhomechand Khaba is the Manipur’s coordinator since 2013 for Miss Luit organized by Northeast India Fashion & Design Council. He is also the Country Head for IAWA India Beauty Pageant, Director for Popular Queen of Universe 2019, Secretary for Manipur Tourism Development Society and President for LS Football Trophy.

Adaphro Sylvia is the Director of BK Group and she is also the Managing Director for Sylvia Enterprise. Being hardwired and skilled in creative ideas and innovative contribution, she helps BK Events & Entertainment excel and outmatch in services we provide. She is also the winner of Mrs IAWA India 2017 and Mrs Asia Pacific 2019 held in Singapore and Malaysia. She is the State Icon for Election Commission of India Manipur for the years 2019-2020 & 2020-2021. She received numerous awards and achievements viz. the prestigious Certificate of Excellence from The American University for webinar on Global Peace, Environment Protection and Holistic Wellness 2020 , Goodwill Ambassador of Diplomatic Mission Global Peace of United Nation 2019, SDP(Saraswatibai Dadasaheb Phalke) International Iconic Women Awards 2021(IIWA 2021), Mahanagar Global Achievers Award 2019 and more.
